Eos is a wonderful sculpture made by the artist Dessa Kirk. According to Greek mythology Eos is considered to be the goddess of the morning. She rose from her home at the edge of Oceanus, isolated the fog of the night as well as opened the gates of heaven daily. So Helios, the Sun, brother of Eos could ride his chariot throughout the sky.

Yellowwood Coral Sculpture

Yellowwood Coral is a unique sculpture created by artist Lucy Slivinski. The creation is made from bicycle frames from a collection of 50 or more multicolored frames, brought from Chicago and scrap metals found locally. Slivinski assembled the sculpture in the year 2006 on the lawns of the City Hall.
